DFW Actors Give Back announces CD release party celebrating HOLIDAZZLE Act II

WHAT: A party celebrating the release of a CD of holiday songs
called HOLIDAZZLE Act II

WHEN: Monday, November 7, 2011, 7:00 pm 9:00 pm

WHERE: Kalita Humphreys Theater, 3636 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas, 75219

WHY: To give back to the community by benefitting local childrens charity, JONATHANS PLACE

(Dallas, TX) Your favorite DFW actors announce the release of HOLIDAZZLE Act II, a dazzling new CD of holiday music, just in time for the seasons festivities and gift-giving! A release party with live performances of songs from the CD is scheduled for Monday, November 7, 2011 from 7:00 pm 9:00 pm at Kalita Humphreys Theater, 3636 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75219.

HOLIDAZZLE Act II brings together the shining stars of the Dallas/Fort Worth Musical Theatre scene in a compilation of holiday songs, ranging from the traditional to the contemporary. Each track features a different solo or group performance. All proceeds benefit local childrens charity Jonathans Place.

Jonathans Place has been providing residential care and specialized services to the abused and neglected children of North Texas for more than 15 years. They do this through three programs an Emergency Shelter, a Foster & Adoptive Family Program and a Residential Therapeutic Program. Jonathans Place depends on the generosity of the community to give these children a bright future and the opportunity to be a child.

We have much to celebrate after many months in the studio, says DFW Actors Give Back President, Bob Hess. He continues, Our CD is fun, heartwarming, and joyous the perfect holiday gift, and best of all the proceeds support a great cause. HOLIDAZZLE Act II features all new songs with some returning singers, such as Liz Mikel and Julie Johnson, plus many new voices. Please join us to raise a glass, buy a CD and support Jonathans Place.

The party will take place on Monday, November 7, 2011 from 7pm 9pm in the lobby at Dallas Theater Centers Kalita Humphreys Theater, 3636 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75219. Party is open to the public. Live entertainment by select stars of HOLIDAZZLE Act II will be performing. Cash bar.

DFW Actors Give Back, a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, was created in 2008 to provide theatrical artists and technicians of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with an opportunity to give back to the community by offering their creative talents and time to benefit local childrens charities.
