| Equity League Health Fund Moves to CIGNA | |

With the Fund's non-HMO hospital, medical and prescription drug benefit moving to CIGNA (from Blue Cross and Union Labor Life/Beech Street) effective October 1, 2003, members should be aware of several tools that may be of assistance during the transition. Enrollment Information Line There is a help-line that you can use to learn more about the benefits available to you through CIGNA HealthCare. Starting September 15, 2003 and through the October 1 effective date, members can call CIGNA's toll free Enrollment Information Line at (800) 564-7642. This help-line is a special resource to be used between September 15 and October 1. Beginning October 1, you should use the CIGNA Careline. CIGNA CarelineIn September, eligible members will be receiving medical and pharmacy ID cards. Your medical card will contain the CIGNA Careline toll free phone line number: (800) 251-0669. You should begin using this Careline phone number on October 1 to access all of your healthcare needs. Just listen to the prompts and choose, based on your inquiry. Some of the options include:
