The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Friday, April 4, 2003. The Eastern, Central and Western Regions will be connected by telephonic hook-up so that members in all Regions may be able to hear statements of candidates running for election to Office and Council.

The meeting in the EASTERN REGION will convene at 2 PM in the Council Room on the 14th Floor of the Equity Building, 165 West 46th Street, New York.

The agenda will also include the following:

• Presentation of the Rosetta LeNoire Award.
• Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws.

The meeting in the CENTRAL REGION will convene at 1 PM on the 19th Floor of 125 S. Clark Street, Chicago.

The agenda will also include the following:

• Report of the Central Regional Vice President
• Report of the Central Regional Director
• Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws.

The meeting in the WESTERN REGION will convene at 11 AM in the Bellamy Board Room in the Los Angeles Equity Office, 5757 Wilshire Blvd., Suite One, Los Angeles.

The agenda will also include the following:

• Special Order of Business to solicit suggestions for the BAT (Bay Area Theatre) Agreement (expires on July 20, 2003)
• Special Order of Business to solicit suggestions for the WCLO (Western Civic Light Opera) Agreement (expires September 7, 2003)
• Special Order of Business to solicit suggestions for the HAT (Hollywood Area Theatre) Agreement (expires December 31, 2003).
• Report from the Stage Managers' Committee.
• Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws.
