Irena's Journey to Broadway

When IRENA’S VOW opened on Broadway, giving 12 Equity members (myself included) their Broadway debuts, it was nothing short of a miracle. But like many miracles, it was the result of good work, persistence, and faith.

The journey began in 2004, when Thomas Ryan and John Stanisci (“the boys”) founded Invictus Theater Company. John had been an actor since childhood and Tom had been successful in LA on series television. Both were now in New York and eager to create their own acting opportunities.
