Equity Audition Center

As of March 11, 2013, auditions have resumed in the Equity Audition Center (now on the 16th Floor).

As you know, the line-up location for auditions was moved to the Times Square Visitor Center in January. The line-up will continue in this location starting at 6 am each audition day.

Casting notices and chorus call sign-ups are also available in the Audition Center on the 16th Floor.

The Times Square Visitor Center is located on 7th Avenue between 46th and 47th Streets (between McDonald's and the Palace Theater). There is clear signage in the Visitor Center that indicates where to line up.

Equity Building Renovations (1/7/13)

Over the next two years or so, major renovations and improvements will be made to the Equity Building located at West 46 Street, NYC.

These improvements will start Monday, January 7th when the first phase of the building’s lobby renovations begins. This first phase of work will close off the current entrance on West 46th Street and, effective January 7th, a new entrance will be created through the Times Square Visitors Center on 7th Avenue between West 46th and West 47th Streets. The Visitors Center is situated between McDonalds and the Palace Theater. Once inside, there will be clear signage that indicates the way to the elevators.

The Equity Offices, including Membership and Auditions, and VITA are all open for business as usual and will not be affected during the renovations.
