BIG FISH

A Historic 60-Year Backstage Tradition on Broadway

On Sunday, October 6, 2013, AEA’s iconic Gypsy Robe® was presented to Angie Schworer on the opening night of BIG FISH at the Neil Simon Theatre. This colorful ceremony, which honors a chorus member (a “gypsy”) who has the most Broadway chorus credits, is a cherished backstage tradition.
