Notice re Willows Theatre Co Auditions, Martinez, CA AEA members are advised that the Equity will soon be in discussions with Willows Theatre for an LOA/Cabaret contract for their 2011 season. We understand that Willows has scheduled some auditions for October 24th and 25th for non-union performers which Equity performers may end up attending. Equity does not want to discourage the theatre from having this non-required call or our members from attending, however, we want to be clear to any member who may audition or be approached by this organization that an agreement is NOT as yet in place with Equity for the 2011 season. The theatre is reviewing their budget and Equity will endeavor to negotiate a seasonal agreement with them. We are certainly hopeful that an agreement will be reached, but at this time there is no contract guarantee. For more information, contact:
