Actors’ Equity Association, AFTRA Miami Local, and Screen Actors Guild Florida Branch invite you to the first ever:

South Florida Tri-Union Member Picnic

Come join your fellow union members as we celebrate the President’s Day Holiday with free food and fun.

Monday, February 15, 2010 ~ 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

My understanding is that they tried to locate the picnic in Broward, but Broward Parks are closed on President's Day. Sounds strange, I know, but it's what I'm told.

Please note the following:

• Admission to the picnic is free for union members and up to three guests.
• For entrance to the park, a $6.00 per vehicle fee is assessed by the Parks Department. The unions will not be able to reimburse attendees for this charge.

Also, we are looking for member volunteers to help with the coordination and clean-up for this event. If you can lend a hand, please let me know.
