League and American Theatre Wing Launch "This Is Broadway"

Historic Interviews With Broadway Legends

The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing have launched This is Broadway, a collection of short interviews from Broadway notables circa 1977. Editions of This is Broadway will be released weekly via The League’s IBDB and The Wing’s websites: http://ibdb.com and http://americantheatrewing.org/thisisbroadway, as well as on iTunes. The interviews were a promotional project of the League 32 years ago and consisted of weekly three-and-a-half minute interviews hosted by Isobel Robins and Richard Seff, and syndicated to radio stations around the country. Included are Hermione Gingold, Betty Comden and Adolph Green, Meryl Streep, Robert Preston, Yul Brynner, and more. Ms. Robins and Mr. Seff recently returned to the studio to add some new material.
