Membership Meeting

The First Membership Meeting of the 2008-2009 season will be held on

• Friday, October 10, 2008 @ 2 PM - Eastern Region

• Monday, October 6, 2008 @ 7 PM - Central Region

• Monday, October 6, 2008 @11 AM - Western Region

The Eastern Regional Meeting will convene at 2 PM on Friday, October 10, 2008 in the Council Room (14th Floor) of the Equity Building, 165 West 46th Street, New York City

The agenda will include the following:

• Presentation of the Paul Robeson Citation.
• Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws

The Central Regional Meeting will convene at 7 PM on Monday, October 6, 2008 in the Member Center (Suite 1522) at 125 S. Clark Street, Chicago

The agenda will include the following:

• SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS to solicit suggestions for the CAT Contract
• Report of the Central Regional Vice President
• Report of the Central Regional Director
• Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws

The Western Regional Meeting will convene at 11 AM on Monday, October 6, 2008 in the Bellamy Board Room at 6755 Hollywood Boulevard (5th Floor), Los Angeles

The agenda will include the following:

• Presentation of the Lucy Jordan Award
• Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws

Future Membership Meetings will be held on Friday, January 9, 2009 in the Eastern Region; Monday, January 12, 2009 in the Central and Western Regions, and Friday, April 3, 2009 in all Regions.
