Actors' Equity Hosts New Member Reception

To welcome Equity’s newest members, the Eastern Region Membership Education Committee is hosting a New Member Reception on Thursday September 4th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Equity Council Room on the 14th floor. The event will be part reception and part Q & A discussion covering:

• Auditions
• Membership
• Agents
• Contracts

The reception will also include an interview/talk back with a special guest. Past guests include David Hyde Pierce, Lynn Redgrave, Kerry Butler, Swoosie Kurtz, Priscilla Lopez and Marian Seldes.

Mark Aldrich, Membership Education Committee Chair, Tom Miller, Equity’s Director of Outreach & Career Development, Committee Members, Councillors, and Staff will be on hand to greet new members and answer questions. There will be refreshments and raffles.
