Salaries, Other Rates Rise in Special Appearance Pact The new three-year Special Appearance Agreement, which goes into effect on September 3, 2007, includes increases in salaries for Actors from $175 to $200 and for Stage Managers from $200 to $240 in Level 1 theatres, plus an increase to $6,000/week (up from $4,000) in potential box office gross to qualify. In Level 2, salaries for Actors go from $250 to $300 and for Stage Managers from $300 to $360. Potential box office to qualify at this level goes from $10,000/week to $15,000/week. In addition, per diem goes from $15 to $20 and overtime at both levels goes from $6.50 per half hour to $7.50 per half hour. These financial terms remain in place for three years. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
