The First Membership Meeting of the 2004-2005 season will be held on

Friday, October 8, 2004

The Eastern Regional Meeting will convene at 2 p.m. in the Council Room (14th Floor) of the Equity Building, 165 West 46th Street, New York City.

The agenda will include:

- Presentation of the Paul Robeson Citation.

- SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS to solicit suggestions for the LORT Contract, which expires on February 27, 2005.

- Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws.

The Central Regional Meeting will convene at 1 p.m. in the Member Center (Suite 1522) 125 S. Clark Street, Chicago, IL.

The agenda will include:

- SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS to solicit suggestions for the LORT Contract, which expires on February 27, 2005.

- Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws.

The Western Regional Meeting will convene at 2 p.m. in the Bellamy Board Room at Equity's Offices, 5757 Wilshire Blvd., Promenade Suite One.

The agenda will include:

- Presentation of the Lucy Jordan Recognition Award to Gordon Davidson.

- SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS to solicit suggestions for the LORT Contract, which expires on February 27, 2005.

-Membership Discussion Period in accordance with the By-Laws.

Future Membership Meetings will be held on Friday, January 7, 2005 and April 8, 2005.
