Actors' Equity Hosts Spring New Member Reception

Equity Audition Center (2nd floor), 165 West 46th Street

To celebrate the induction of our newest Equity members, the Eastern Region Membership Education Committee is hosting a New Member Reception on Monday, May 17th from 4:00 – 6:00 PM in the Equity Audition Center. Staff and Council Members will be on hand to answer questions like these:

• WHERE can you turn for assistance?

• WHAT are the “Dues and Don’ts” of union life?

• WHY was Equity founded and WHY is it still around?

• WHO runs the union? (Hint: you!)

• HOW can you serve Equity and HOW can Equity serve you?

WHEN will you find the answers? Come to the next New Member Reception! It is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the union. There will also be a guest speaker, prizes, and refreshments!
