No. The only person who may authorize a
recording of a production is that show’s Producer who must adhere to the terms of the Contract or Code under which the production is governed. This assures that Equity has some recourse should there be any misuse of the recording. Equity members may not waive any rules, regulations or minimum payments due for any recording. |
